How information shared with Oxbridge Education is used.
Information we collect
When you enquire or request a trial, you may provide student and contact names, year level, subject, phone, email, lesson preferences, availability, learning goals and notes. Please do not include sensitive information that is not needed for your enquiry.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, understand learning needs, match a tutor and discuss lesson arrangements. A request does not automatically confirm a lesson.
Form processing
When enabled, our booking form uses Formspree to process submitted information. Formspree may process or store data using its service providers, including outside Australia. While the form is not connected, it does not send your entered information. Contact through WeChat is subject to WeChat’s own privacy practices.
External services
The Contact page contains a Google Maps embed. Loading the map may share technical information, such as your IP address, with Google. External services apply their own privacy policies.
